1. PERMISSION TO USE

You may install and use SpaceSaver free of charge, on any Mac you own or
administer, for personal, educational or commercial purposes. Schools and
teachers may install it on as many machines as they need.


2. WHAT IS NOT PERMITTED

Without written permission from Reality Web Services, LLC, you may not:

  - redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or publish the software, or
    any part of it;
  - modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it;
  - remove or alter this licence or any notices shown by the software.


3. OWNERSHIP

SpaceSaver remains the property of Reality Web Services, LLC. This licence
grants permission to use the software. It does not transfer ownership of it.


4. NO WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

In particular: the green, yellow and red indicators are automated guesses
based on file names and locations. They are not a statement of fact, and they
are not a guarantee that any file is safe to delete or ought to be kept.


5. NO LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR
COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY,
WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR
IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OF IT. This includes, without
limitation, loss of data, loss of files, and any consequence of deleting
anything.

SpaceSaver does not delete files. It reads your disk and copies the files you
select. Any deletion is carried out by you.


6. LOCAL LAW

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the
limitation of liability for certain damages. Where that is the case, the
exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing in this
licence limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.


7. VERSIONS

This licence covers this version of the software. Later versions may be
distributed under different terms.


8. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

SpaceSaver includes an unmodified copy of the Python runtime, distributed
under the Python Software Foundation License Agreement, which is available at
https://docs.python.org/3/license.html. That component remains subject to its
own licence, and nothing above alters it.
