Chili Crisps Egg Sandwich

This chili crisp egg bagel is a quick and flavorful breakfast that comes together in just a few minutes. The eggs cook right onto the bagel, then get topped with tomato, spinach, and melted cheddar for an easy breakfast sandwich with a little kick. Feta cheese also works for this sandwich.

Ingredients

Chili Crisps
two eggs (beaten)
Spinach
tomato
shredded cheddar cheese
salt, pepper to season
Optional: Trader Joe's Chili Onion, Dried Chives

Instructions

Add chili crisps to the a hot warm pan. Let them heat up a little. Then add 2 beaten eggs. Follow with an opened bagel face down. Once the egg is cooked through, flip over, top one half with tomato and spinach and the other with cheese. Fold together and enjoy!
