Potatoes (and french fries) can be quite healthy when prepared the right way. Here is a simple recipes for healthy french fries


Ingredients

as needed Olive Oil
pinch Salt
4 large Potatoes

Instructions

1. Cut a potato into french fry sized strips. Be sure to leave the skin on!
2. Place the strips on a baking sheet.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and some sea salt (and any other healthy spices you prefer).
4. Bake in the oven at 375 F for about 30 to 40 minutes or until desired crispiness is reached.
