Chicken Parmesan

Classic Italian Dish


Ingredients

Two eggs
Five thinly sliced chicken breasts
Salt and pepper for seasoning
Panko breadcrumbs
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
Provolone cheese
Tomato sauce

Instructions

1. Whisk two eggs with italian seasoning and garlic powder
2. Setup a bowl of breadcrumbs
3. Heat a pan with oil
4. Coat both sides of chicken breast with egg mixture and then dip both side into breadcrumbs until fully covered.
5. Add to oiled pan. Fry each side until golden brown. 3 to 4 minutes a side.
6. Place on a baking sheet
7. Cover with sauce and cheese
8. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes
