No Knead Bread
VegetarianThis is a super easy recipes that became popular during the pandemic.
Ingredients
3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon active dry yeast
1.75 cups of warm water
Instructions
Add salt and yeast to the flour - mix
Add the water - mix until no more dry flour and you have sticky dough
Cover it and leave out overnight - 8 to 12 hours
Put some flour on the counter. Take out of the bowl it was in overnight and shape into a circle
Place in a baking dish lined with parchment paper
DO NOT preheat the oven and place baking dish in over with the lid on. Turn on heat to 450. Let bake covered for 30 minutes and then 30 minutes uncovered
