1. Using Deal Finder

Deal Finder helps you compare online and local shopping information. You may use the site only for lawful, personal, and internal business research purposes. You may not misuse the service, attempt to interfere with it, scrape it at scale, or use it in a way that harms the site, other users, or third parties.

2. Accounts and Access

Some features are available only after login. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place through your account. We may suspend or limit access if we believe an account is being misused.

3. Search Results

Deal Finder uses third-party services and live web data to produce shopping results. Prices, stock, addresses, delivery options, and promotions can change quickly. We do not guarantee that every result will be complete, current, or accurate, and you should always verify important details with the retailer before purchasing.

4. Credits and Purchases

Guest and free-search access may change over time. Paid credits are used to run searches after free access is exhausted. Credit purchases are processed through Stripe. Except where required by law, purchases are intended for use on the site and are generally non-refundable once credits have been applied.

5. Affiliate Links and Advertising

Some links on Deal Finder may be affiliate links, which means TheMarketShop may earn a commission if you make a qualifying purchase. The site may also display advertising, including Google AdSense ads. These relationships do not change the price you pay.

6. Third-Party Services

Deal Finder may link to retailers, maps, payment providers, ad providers, and other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability.

7. Disclaimers and Limits

Deal Finder is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheMarketShop disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of the site.

8. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time as the product changes. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
